Overall, the structure, located in an elegant area, exceeded expectations in terms of comfort, organization and furnishings. The location is excellent, allowing you to reach the sea on foot but also to quickly leave the city. Private parking. Mr. Frank is very kind and helpful. I'll be back."

"Everything is just great! The apartment is small, but enough for two. Everything is clean and tidy. The shower is great, comfortable, towels are clean. And the view from the bed is just a bomb! Large, beautiful terrace with a coffee machine. On the fourth floor. There is a lift. Parking in the yard under the windows. The Croisette is 1 km away on foot. The owner left instructions for the settlement, everything is convenient and comfortable. I recommend for a romantic holiday for two."

"This is an ideal spot for visiting Cannes only short 10 to 15 minute walk to get to the boulevard which runs by the beach right into the town. The balcony was great plenty of room to sit and eat if weather permits."

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment for 8 days. Its location is simply perfect: just a 10-minute walk from the closest beach and only a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket, making getting around extremely convenient. The city center is also reachable in just 10-15 minutes on foot, offering the opportunity to easily explore all the local attractions. The apartment itself is a true gem, extremely clean, bright, and tastefully furnished. Every detail seemed to have been carefully attended to. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, allowing us to prepare meals as comfortably as if we were at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the availability of a reserved parking spot. There is also a small terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor breakfasts and even some evening aperitifs. Finally, the owner of the apartment is such a nice guy!! :D"

"The apartment couldn't be better. It has everything you need and it's balcony is perfect with lots of space and nice views to surrounding hills. Close to the apartment is a really good bakery and the beach/la croisette is 10 minutes by foot. Host is super responsive and friendly. We only stayed 2 nights but really loved it!"
